We are a state licensed program. We keep our staff to child ratios whithin the state limits. Which are as follows: 12 month to 2 years old - 1:7, 3 to 5 years old 1:10, 5 to 12 years old - 1:15. We provide breakfast, lunch, a 3:00 pm snack, and a 5:00 pm snack.

We have a "pre-school" setting in the sense that we offer small and large group activities, Art, Science, Investigation, Process, Sensory and outdoor activities. We put an emphasis on social and problem solving skills.
When you walk into our center you may find the one year olds painting with cars or making a collage and the two year olds playing with bubbles or playdough, the three year olds could be doing anything from playing in shaving cream and food coloring to cutting ands gluing a collage. The four's and five's class could be table painting or dictating a story to a teacher. Our center is child-centered where we put the child's wants and interests above our own.
Our abilities as a staff may vary in their strengths and weaknesses, but we can all agree that we are here for the children and it is their development that we are nurturing.
